Congratulations on completing your program! We are now accepting RSVPs for the 2025 Graduation Ceremony, honoring eligible graduates from August 1st, 2025 through and including August 31st, 2026. Please complete your graduation registration by June 5th, no RSVPS will be accepted past the registration deadline.
Graduate Arrive Time
- Graduate Arrival Time 3:00PM EST
- Only the graduates will arrive at these times, no guests.
- Graduate Level Graduates will enter through the side door. Undergraduate students will be directed to the commissions chambers. There will be signs and staff directing you. No graduate should enter through the main entrance.
Guest Arrival
- 4:00PM EST - Doors open for Guests.
- Guests will not be allowed entry until 4:00PM est, including in the event of rain, and they must have a ticket.
- All guests will enter with their ticket through the main entrance (picture in venue map).
Graduation Tickets
At this time, graduates can claim up to 5 guaranteed guest tickets as part of the registration below. Graduates do not need tickets, only their guests. Tickets will only be released if there is confirmation of cap and gown purchase.
*Fort Lauderdale Ground Graduates, will have the opportunity to also pick up from the campus, Fort Lauderdale Student Services will send out a notification in August.
- All guests (regardless of age) must have a physical ticket in hand to enter the venue. This does include infants and small children. No exceptions! Access to the event will not be granted to anyone without a ticket.
- Graduates will pick up their tickets at the Alumni Event hosted the night before the ceremony. It is the graduate’s responsibility to provide tickets to their guests, as no tickets will be available at the door.
- Seating is General Admission and saving of seats for other guests is not allowed. Guests should plan to arrive together as a group.
- Late arriving guests may be asked to wait in the lobby until the graduate processional and national anthem have concluded.
Additional/Waitlist Tickets
Waitlist will close on July 30th. If additional tickets become available after we release the existing waitlist. A notification will be sent to all students at that time with additional instructions.
Venue Information Security Requirements
Guests and graduates should review all security requirements of the venue before arrival. Failure to adhere will result in the Guest and/or Graduate not being allowed entrance.
- As this is a university sanctioned event, absolutely NO firearms are permitted, nor will they be allowed at the venue.
- Concessions will be available for purchase on the 1st floor before the ceremony.
- The following items are strictly prohibited from entering the Dodge Center: helium balloons, noise makers, vapes, firearms, knives, weapons of any kind, laser pointers, signs, banners, oversized bags, purses or backpacks, outside food and beverage including water, cans, bottles, alcohol, drugs, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, professional video cameras, DSLR cameras with large telephoto or zoom lenses.
- For your safety and the safety of others, all guests must walk through metal detectors and bag checking prior to entry. Wanding is available for those with pacemakers, Cochlear hearing implants or are pregnant.
- Bags or purses may not be larger than a clipboard.
- Graduates or Guests behaving inappropriately will be asked to leave or escorted from the ceremony/venue.
- Parking is free and there is plenty of it. Valet parking may be availability at an additional cost*.
